Job Title/Position: Billing Issue

• Qualifications/Requirements: Good Day: My Mom, Betty Davenport, is a resident in the memory care unit. I had been getting monthly invoices from Joel each month and then mailed in the payment. I have not received the November or December invoices for payment. I have sent an email to Joel and also left a voicemail with the business manager earlier this week.
