Job Title/Position: MB Disp Copier/Fax Machine

• Qualifications/Requirements: The fax machine is still not working correctly. It does not give us a confirmation page now letting us know the fax was sent ok. It is my understanding from Jane Louden, 2nd shift nurse last night when I came in, that they were still having trouble with it yesterday also. Can someone look at our fax machine again to see what's going on, please? Thank you, Pam Hilton, LPN
